Famous Hostdeal.com Server 12

Famous Server presented by Hostdeal.com
My sites are back online today.
I am very happy but still shopping around for a good host.
Hopefully the Gator will have a 50% deal soon and i will just go for it.
Right now i cant really afford to pay for an expensive host.
ohh the famous server 12 is online but has an issue with SMTP (emails?)

Is this a sign the server will go offline soon?
What i fail to understand is why Mr Richard wont to do anything about this server.
something is definitely wrong with server12.
1.Is it Hardware? How much would a new server really cost Vs return of investment plus very happy customers?
Servers are not soo expensive nowadays am sure for about £2000 you can spec up a fairly good server.

2.Sometimes i think that what hostdeal.com has done is lump all WF customers on this famous server12 so its just always running at max capacity.

3.What do the server Admins do? I used to work as a server Engineer and if this happened at my workplace on servers i looked after i would have been fired by now.

Hostdeal.com hosting problems Early in January 2013 while browsing warriorforum i came across a hosting offer that i could not resist. I had been looking around for a new host and this deal looked so good.The sales page is good and the reviews seemed to be equally good. Once i signed up for the first year i was presented with another sweet deal to get 2 more years of hosting for the same price $19.95 i promptly took it. Everything was smooth until a few weeks later when i discovered my sites were down for a long period. The online chat support just gives you the normal script we are working on It bla bla bla. One curious thing is the problem only seems to affect the one server The fanous server 12.Host deal promises 99% uptime but its not been the case They provide a link to see which servers are online. Every i have looked at the page its always server12 that is down and thats where my sites live. It pains me as this is really making my site lose rankings and traffic. Here is a screenshot i toook today. I will try to post a screenshot every time my sites are offline.
I have been using other hosting companies and i have never experienced this type of problems
