        Was running a webinar service. Everything going good. Good support. Then I noticed website and email slowing waaaay down. Up to 30 seconds with frequent times out. Reported it May 6th. They kept telling me it was my access, then my browser cache needed to be clear, then there were "suspicious files", etc... This week, I went to log on and I receive a "Suspended Account".         Hosting is horrific... The slowest times I have ever seen. The websites keep timing out because of the slow response time.         I got a special deal on their Small Business package through Warrior Forums and so far it is been Phenomenal! Their support staff are very quick to respond and actually speak English! Performance seems to be just about on par with what one would come to expect from a shared host, no complaints to be had here! I would definitely recommend them to others in the future.  read more ...

        I got a special at hostdeal which supposedly had unlimited bandwidth and could handle 5 addon domains. I moved the domains and sites from JustHost and within three months hostdeal dropped all five sites saying one of them was using too much bandwidth. I put in support tickets and asked that they drop just the one site using too much...I couldn't see how as there were very little visitors to the site...and when I would put in a support ticket, they wouldn't respond to my question, they just sen...  read more ...

        Worst piece of junk on the web! I've had the hosting for 3 months, 2 months of which my site has been down. Support is atrocious. Every time I log in to my file manager, some files have been removed. Images have to be uploaded about six times before any result that isn't garbled - if there is, indeed, an image at all. Don't buy into it, no matter how 'good' the deal seems. They should be paying their customers for the nuisance.  read more ...

        In the last few months that I've been with Hostdeal have been a nightmare. Every time I've logged in I've had to go to what they call Chat Support,what a joke! The chat support has never fixed anything in real time. They're Ticket Support,what another joke. The only time you hear from them is "Ticket Closed" yes the ticket is closed,was the problem fixed? usually not. Load time is is the slowest in the Industry.         Warning!!!Warning!!!Warning!!! Stay Away From Hostdeal.. They have the worst hosting service i have ever experience. When the site are up, they load so Slow, much slower than a snail. And if the site doesnt load, then expect to wait for several days or even weeks before it gets back. I have ordered a 2 year account but sad to say, it was the worst decision i have ever made.         Down time is bad, Support is bad. I will be moving my site unless something changes soon. Site down now for 2 days. In this case I submitted a ticket, got a message back that said it should be fixed and ask me to check. I did and responded that it was not up. I have now responded 4 more times over the last 36 hours and not answer back.   read more ...

        They bought out my domain registrat (dotAmerica) and this week, I needed to point my domain to s new server. This company has failed to respond to Any of three support tickets I have entered. The first ticket I submitted 72 hours ago. I think that all the employees have quit and walked out, leaving the macines running on automatic. I'm going to have to find a way to switch to a new domain registrar.  read more ...
